I have a number of small, friendly classes running in Teignmouth, Bishopsteignton, Ideford and other surrounding areas. 

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CURRENT COVID RESTRICTIONS, FACE TO FACE CLASSES ARE REDUCED. THERE IS A MIX OF ONLINE LIVE CLASSES AND FACE TO FACE. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH TO BOOK OR FIND OUT MORE.

I teach a maximum of 8 clients per class.  This enables high quality tuition, individual feedback and current social distancing.  The face to face classes work out to £12.50 a session and Zoom classes, £10.50. CLasses are payable as a monthly fee.  If you miss a class you are welcome to make up on a different day/night or receive a class recording.  All classes are pre booked so please contact me for availability.

Please note, at least 1 one-to-one session or a Pilates workshop is required before joining  an existing class.
